Travel anxiety

Anxiety for me builds as I approach my destination.

I spend majority of my time travelling self-talking in my head and preparing for possible scenarios.

Mentally preparing myself usually leaves me feeling drained.
I’m so drained that at times I find it difficult to enjoy the experience.

I often look back and think I wish that I had been able to make the most of a particular event or location.

Since Onyx has entered my life, I have started to notice changes. When I travel the level of self-talk has reduced.
My thoughts are more positive and when I arrive at the destination, I have more mental energy.
Onyx keeps me grounded, he is keeping me accountable for my emotions and thoughts.
